Extremely precise implementation with CNC-controlled cutting machines
We use CNC-controlled cutting machines to achieve precise cutting of glass. This gives the workpiece its basic shape before undergoing fine machining through grinding, drilling, etc. The potential minimum size of the cuts depends on the thickness of the material, as well as the permissible tolerances during further processing of the part. The tolerances with the cutting result are fundamentally extremely tight as a result of the techniques we use.
When cutting, thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 15 mm can be processed. Form and contour cuts can be produced cleanly and easily thanks to CNC technology. The cut is subsequently broken out by hand.
